I am a Walnut Creek- based psychotherapist with over 16 years of experience. I specialize in relationship therapy, parenting, psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy and psychedelic integration.
I have dedicated my life and career to improving human connections while stretching and growing with my clients.
As a mother of two children, I am familiar with the labor of love that all parents experience. I believe that being a "good" therapist and being a "good" parent often requires the same artistry. So, while driving the carpool to soccer and gymnastics, I strive to teach my kids that their individuality and uniqueness are more important than any societal norms. When I am not on a journey with my clients, I enjoy date nights with my husband, traveling, and growing along side my children.
